Special guest Shonali Burke, ASPCA's Vice President for Media & Communications, recently named one of PRWeek's top "40 Under 40" public relations professionals in the US, will be speaking at the forum and sharing her personal journey within the industry. With more than 12 years in the communications field, including both large and small agency experience as well as being a former small business owner, Shonali focuses on research-based, strategic, measurable and integrated communications. Since joining the ASPCA, she has created and led several aggressive communications campaigns, including the crisis communications around the 2007 pet food recall and the federal indictment of Michael Vick.
